A little about me
I grew up fixing radios and writing BASIC in Bihar, spent a decade building trading systems on Wall Street, ran a YC-backed startup, and now lead DevRev Labs. The throughline hasn't changed much: most of the value is in the part nobody demos.
The essays here sit at the intersection of agentic AI in production, AI go-to-market, and the industry around both. Outside of work I cook, write fiction, and lose at Go to my nine-year-old.
